These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website rentatlantaphotobooth.com and all photo booth rental services provided by Atlanta Photo Booth Rentals ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting a booking inquiry, or entering into a rental agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Atlanta Photo Booth Rentals provides photo booth rentals for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other gatherings throughout the metro Atlanta area. Our services include delivery, setup, on-site operation (where applicable), and teardown of photo booth equipment. Specific services, booth type, rental duration, and add-ons are defined at the time of booking.
To reserve a photo booth for your event: Submit a booking inquiry, select your package, pay the required deposit, and provide event details. A reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
All deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the event.
Cancellations 5 or more business days before the event may receive a 50% refund (excluding deposit). Cancellations fewer than 5 business days before the event are non-refundable.
The event host is responsible for providing adequate power, space, and access. Our staff handles setup, operation, and teardown.
The event host is liable for any damage to our equipment caused by guests.
Photos and videos are delivered digitally. Digital gallery access is available for up to one (1) month after the event.
